Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn, an American actor from the United States. She is most famous for her part as Skyler White on The AMC Drama series Breaking Bad for which she won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting actress in a Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. She has also played Jean Ward in The Practice as well as Martha Bullock in Deadwood. Born in Sante Fe, New Mexico in the year 1968, Anna Gunn fell in love with the art of acting at Preparatory School before her family moved to Ohio in the late 1970's. Her studies in theatre were at Northwestern University. A semester was taken at the British American Drama Academy. Anna started her acting career with Chicago-area theaters for a couple of years. She then moved on to television and film. In 1992, Anna landed her first big character in the role of Arden in the series of 29 episodes Down the Shore. The early 90s were when she appeared as a regular guest on TV and in films, such as Seinfeld or NYPD Blue. The role was played by Martha Bullock in Deadwood for two seasons throughout the decade of 2000. In 2008, she was picked as Skyler as Skyler in Breaking Bad. Sully was the Deadwood film, and other movies included her. Gunn was also in the David Schwimmer directed film Sex With Strangers. The actress, in 2022, also starred in a four-part podcast of audio plays called"Numbered Days.. The romance that exists between Walter White and his wife Skyler is usually the main focus of the narrative of Breaking Bad with the strained pull on their relationship and eventually its demise echoing the same storyline of Walter White's final days of his life.
